SIDEKICK AXISBOARD PRO BALANCE BOARD

SINGLE-LEG BALANCE AND STABILITY TRAINING TOOL

The Sidekick AxisBoard Pro is a next-level single-leg balance board designed specifically for foot and ankle rehab, mobility work, and long-term joint resilience. Built to target the small stabilizing muscles of the feet, ankles, and lower legs, the Pro model adds greater progression potential and enhanced surface grip to help improve control, strength, and coordination. Whether you're addressing chronic stiffness or building a stronger foundation for running and training, the AxisBoard Pro helps restore movement from the ground up.

Unlike traditional two-footed balance boards, the AxisBoard Pro isolates one leg at a time to correct imbalances and improve stability where it matters most. The sensory-textured surface enhances foot awareness and grip, while stackable pegs allow you to increase height and difficulty for deeper strength and mobility setups.

BUILT FOR DAILY USE

The AxisBoard Pro turns repetitive rehab into focused, engaging training. Stackable balance pegs create adjustable height options, allowing you to gradually increase range of motion and stability demands as you improve. This makes it well suited for addressing ankle dorsiflexion stiffness, lateral ankle sprains, Achilles tightness, and other common lower-body issues.

With just 10 minutes a day, users can work through guided strength and mobility routines designed to reduce pain, improve joint function, and prevent recurring injury. The Pro model supports users up to 400LB and accommodates shoe sizes from women’s 5 to men’s 13.

COMPACT, DURABLE, AND PORTABLE

Engineered for consistent daily use, the AxisBoard Pro is compact enough for home setups yet durable enough for high-frequency rehab and performance training. Its solid construction and enhanced grip surface provide stable, controlled movement whether you’re recovering from injury or integrating single-leg balance work into warm-ups and accessory sessions.
