The Performance Fuel and Hydration Tablet enhances water absorption during physical exercise with its hypotonic formula (lower osmotic pressure than body fluids).

Before intense activity or heat:

• Dissolve 1 tablet into 16 oz of water and drink the night before races and key workouts
• Dissolve 1 tablet in 16 oz of water and drink ~90 minutes before starting races and key workouts. Aim to finish your drink no less than 45 minutes before starting, to allow your body to absorb the fluid properly.

During intense activity or heat:

• Dissolve 1 tablet per 16 oz of water and drink to thirst.
