How to Use It:

This mix can be dosed as 40 or 80 grams of carbs per bottle (1 or 2 scoops, respectively). Depending on your goals, the effort expected, and conditions, you can play with mixing in a 500mL or 750mL bottle. We recommend using this drink during a longer effort of at least 2 hours.
